Technically, it is much easier to shoot stage show digitally now than during film day. . 但是题材的表像还是一样有挑战性 . . . .

Panning

 

Panning is a technique that can produce amazing results (if you perfect it…. or get lucky) but is also one that can take a lot of practice to get right.                     

Panning 产生的结果 , 是拍摄完美...或幸运，我想还是要多练习才有高的成功率.

Shadow, mid-tone and highlight ….  Where is the balancing point ? 

拍摄当天的光线很美,完成的作品和现场的光线有90% 的相似，10% 的不同就正curve 的两端，ie Shadow and highlight, to improve these areas, in future I have to pay more attentions to the exposure compensation and choosing of the shooting angles.

自从用了nikon D200 (2006) 和 D800 (2012), 我再也没用D70，这几天翻看2004 用D70 ( kit lens 18 -70, FX 70 – 300 ) 所拍的相片，效果其实不比D200 and D800 差很多，也许要以同样的条件试拍找出差别的地方。

Bukit Batok Natural Reserve Park…  I have not been here for more than two years. This morning is a day with perfect lighting for photo taking. I manage to capture the good light and produce some things different from what I have taken from here before, it is the result of the long break, yes 凡事都需要a 'break’ before you move forward.
